Method 1: Upgrading Existing AI Transcripts in Your Platform
- Navigate to your Rev dashboard where your completed AI transcripts are displayed
- Locate the AI transcript containing the file you need upgraded
- Click the ellipsis menu (⋯) located next to any completed AI transcript in your transcript list

Select "Start an Order" from the dropdown menu

Choose Human Transcripts and click continue
- In the file details panel, review the transcript details and case requirements
- Select any necessary add-on services such as:
- Verbatim transcription (all the umms, ahhs, and so’s)
- Premium transcription for a second human pass
- Time-stamping
- Rush delivery
- Add your payment information and order
- Your transcript will be delivered within 12 hours or less via email and in your Rev platform

Method 2: Upgrading Within the Transcript Editor
- Access any AI transcript directly in Rev's transcript editor interface
- Within the transcript editor, open the file details panel on the right and look for the "Upgrade to Human-Verified" button
- Select add-on services based on your theory of the case:
- Enhanced speaker identification for witness testimony analysis
- Legal formatting for motion attachments
- Expedited delivery for pre-trial preparations
- Add your payment information and order
- Receive your human-verified transcript within 12 hours or less
Method 3: Starting New Human Orders from Your Dashboard

- Choose Human Transcripts

Upload your file(s)
- Choose relevant add-on services
- Add your payment information and order
- Receive your transcripts within 12 hours or less
